Turning Your Wounds Into Wisdom
Kimberly Claborn shares her story of being a childhood domestic violence victim. She discusses the traumas she faced as a child because of it and the struggles she still faces to this day. Kimberly shares that at the age of 22, she began to help her mother break free of the 24-year abusive marriage to her father. Kimberly encountered many roadblocks within the legal system while trying to help her mother and sisters.
Kimberly details how she began to educate herself on all forms of domestic violence, including the not so known form of abuse: financial abuse. She advocates the importance of breaking the silence, even when others continue to try and silence you from speaking out. She encourages those she speaks with, that no matter the criticism, opinions or backlash you may face, boldly stand in your truth; to empower yourself and the other women around you to no longer be ashamed of your story.

Re-thinking Work-Life Balance: Why Searching for Balance Isn’t Working (and What to Do Instead)
In today’s crazy-busy world of “leaning in” and trying to do and have “it all”, it’s no wonder so many “successful” women are stressed-out, exhausted, and overworked (and left wondering why they can’t find the “balance” they’ve been promised exists). The truth is, balance isn’t possible and isn’t even what you seek. What you want is to find success on your own terms. And success on your own terms requires clarity of purpose, finding peace of mind, and feeling prosperous in time, energy, and spirit.
Heather Moulder, founder of Course Correction Coaching and recovering attorney, shares how taking care of you will open the door to success on your own terms (and why self-care is at the heart of sustainable success). In this interactive session, you’ll learn what you’re doing that’s preventing you from finding what you seek (and what to do instead), the 7 Pillars to finding purpose, peace, and prosperity, and how to start taking impeccable care of yourself without feeling selfish or guilty about it. It’s time to start taking care of you, so you can find sustainable success on your own terms.
