Heather Moulder Headshot.jpg

Heather Moulder

Heather is an executive coach, recovering attorney, writer, speaker, wife, mother of two, and cancer survivor. Heather practiced corporate finance law for over 18 years and built a successful legal practice with an international law firm. She learned early in her legal career that striving to “have it all” wasn’t all it was cracked up to be (and that she didn’t want “it all” anyway). So, she reevaluated what she wanted and redefined what success meant to her based on her values, desires, and needs – and built her law practice her way.

After battling an aggressive breast cancer, Heather felt called to serve people in a different capacity and thereafter discovered her passion for coaching. She is the founder of Course Correction Coaching and helps professional women who are considered “successful” to finally feel that way by getting clarity around what they value and desire, redefining success on their own terms, and learning to confidently leverage their unique strengths and voice to live out their success stories.

 Allison Jennings

Allison Jennings

Allison trained on scholarship at the North Carolina School of the Arts where she studied classical ballet and modern dance. Additionally, she spent summers at the Boston Ballet School, the School of American Ballet, the Hungarian State Ballet School, and the Pacific Northwest Ballet School. Having received the Nordan Fine Arts Award from Texas Christian University’s dance department, she returned to Texas to attend TCU.

Fast forward a decade later, and you will find a busy, proud mother to Alyssa and Paul Edward, as well as a former dancer longing for her “ballet muscles”. When she discovered barre classes, that combine all of her favorite forms of exercise- ballet, yoga, and Pilates, she quickly called herself a “junkie”. Frequently taking classes in NYC, Denver, Dallas, and Houston, in addition to her own practice, she found the long, lean muscles she had as a dancer. Wanting to share her own version of barre to friends, she invited a group to share her ‘Smart Barre Technique’. With encouragement from friends and family, just one year later, she opened up her own studio. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to share this body-changing technique with women of all ages.
