Dr. Cortney Baker is a speech therapist, author, leadership expert, business owner, entrepreneur, speaker, wife, mother of three, and proud native Texan. She received her doctoral degree at Pepperdine University in Organizational Leadership, where she conducted research on women who had overcome challenges in their careers but achieved incredible success.
Dr. Baker is owner and CEO of KidsCare Therapy, a pediatric home healthcare agency that employs approximately 300 people and helps assist over 2200 children all over Texas. She also opened Baker Management Group, a firm where she enjoys consulting and speaking nation-wide. Cortney is the author of the #1 Amazon Best-Selling book The 10 Dos and Don’ts for Business: Lessons to Lead Effectively and Unlimited: Conquering the Myth of the Glass Ceiling available in August 2017. She was recently honored as the 2017 Texas Business Woman of the year.

This idea came about by accident when design clients began taking notice of the signature notebooks that Mica brought to meetings. She capitalized on the momentum of interest and switched her focus from graphic design to perfecting a physical product. Some grassroots PR effort landed a feature on Good Morning America which catapulted her tiny hobby into a national brand. Adri Kyser

Adri Kyser is an International Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach with a strong and dedicated following. She was born and raised in Caracas Venezuela, where she went to Law School for a few years before moving to the US. Adri’s caring, unique and authentic approach to yoga and wellness stems from her personal experience in coping with chronic back pain for over a decade.

Maria Cramer

Maria Cramer is a Vice President with Hitachi Consulting based in the Dallas, Texas.  Maria has over twenty-two years of Organizational Change Management and Organizational Strategy and Design experience with a specific focus in communications, change readiness and leadership development, related to system and process implementations.  

Maria has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She began her career as a Supply Officer in the US Army, where she served for over four years, leaving the service as a Captain. After the Army she pursued her MBA at Southern Methodist University and upon completion worked for CSC as a supply chain consultant. With a degree in Fashion Merchandising and experience as a Clothier at Tom James, a men’s apparel company, Elisabeth’s passion extends beyond the exterior form. Yoga, Reiki (trained Level 1 in this ancient healing art of deep relaxation physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually) and helping furry ones find good homes reflect the dimensionality in living my life.  Elisabeth is a native Texas and received a degree in Fashion Merchandising from Baylor University.

Currently, her target markets are women in executive positions, small business owners, young families, and military veterans.

Mrs. Dean obtained a Bachelor of Science in Consumer and Family Economics/Consumer Affairs/Personal Finance from the University of Missouri. She is currently enrolled in the Certificate Program in Financial Planning at Southern Methodist University and plans to obtain her CFP license in the year 2018. She is currently licensed in the states of Texas, Missouri, and Louisiana.

Mrs. Dean has a passion to help individuals and families to reach their personal financial goals. Robert Hearn is the founder of You Can't Steal My Happy, a global tour and apparel company based in Dallas, Texas. Having travelled to more than 90 countries, he is passionate about giving back to the communities he visits and sharing the gift of travel with his tour groups.  

Kelly's love of travel began when she studied abroad in Salamanca, Spain the summer before her senior year in college.  This experience led her to a 25 year career as a flight attendant which has enabled her to travel the world.  She shares her love of travel with her husband, Rob, founder/owner of You Can’t Steal My Happy, and her two daughters, Jazz and Blaze.  “Our dream was to educate our children through travel and I have been blessed to have the opportunity to homeschool our children while showing them the world.”

Jill Smith is a police officer with the Irving Police Department in Irving, Texas.  She has served for 22 years and has a Master Peace Officers certification.  She is a certified Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) Instructor, and a Rape Aggression Defense Advanced Instructor through RAD-Systems.com.  Officer Smith has also served as a police investigator working on juvenile crime, missing persons, child physical and sexual abuse, and domestic violence.  She has taught women’s self-defense for five years.
